As far as brownie points.... It's not my intent to earn brownie points. I call it like I see it and I think it's possible that some of the players involved are a little too close to the fire to see the big picture. They're standing at the side door with the best cookies and milk on the planet but Santa's coming down the chimney. Really, Telepresence isn't about a definition, or who has the worst or best product. It's about marketing and who's going to break through. Like Kleenex. Is it really Kleenex, or Kleenex brand tissue? I'd be willing to bet Kleenex isn't the best tissue, but it's the best marketed tissue. That's my point.
